1 tbs olive oil

1 medium onion chopped

1.5 cups vegetable or chicken soup broth

500 grams fresh brussels sprouts halved

pepper to season


1. Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry onions for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

2. Heat the broth in a sauce pan.

3. Add broth and brussels sprouts to onions.

4. Simmer 10-15 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Serve hot.
