Directions
1. Place small pot/ibric with water over a medium flame.
2. Add coffee to water.
3. Heat until bubbling slightly.
4. Remove from the heat, cooling slightly. Return to heat and repeat this two more times. Do not let the coffee come to a boil. This process will build up foam on top of the coffee.
5. The coffee is now brewed! Spoon the foam into your cup, then gently pour in the coffee. Let the grounds settle, then enjoy!
6. Add sugar if desired.
Notes: This coffee is traditionally heated in hot sand or coals in Turkey. Though not as romantic, any Romanian stove-top or hot plate will suffice.
