Directions
1. Finely chop the onion and set aside.
2. In a bowl, crumble the brânza into fine pieces.
3. Add butter and onion. Blend until fairly smooth and serve with bread.
Notes: Slices of tomato or hard boiled eggs go well on the side. For a variation, add fresh chopped herbs or *Creole Seasoning. For better spreadability, use a smoother cheese, add more butter, and/or serve at room temperature.
