Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
2. In a larger bowl, cream the butter until soft and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder gradually. Blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Add the salt and hot coffee. Beat for about two minutes.
4. Once the frosting has cooled, add the vanilla or rum extract. Mix well.
Notes: Let the frosting sit for 5 minutes before spreading.
