Directions
1. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
2. Mix together lemon juice, pepper, garlic and parley in a small bowl.
3. Slowly mix in the sour cream. Blend well. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
Notes: This doesn’t taste much like the American style dressings we’re used to, but it still tastes pretty good. Add a bit of salt if needed.
Substitutions: Sour cream/Yogurt/Mayonnaise.
