Directions
Mix with mortar and pestle until fine powder. Store in airtight jar.
Notes: If you can not find onion powder, make your own by chopping a small onion very fine & either leaving it to dry for two days or put it in the oven on the lowest setting for about half an hour, then crush with mortar & pestle.
Substitutions: Paprika/Boia dulce. Cayenne Pepper/Ardei iute powder.
