Directions
1. In a large pitcher or jar, combine juice and tonic water.
2. Scrub well, and slice orange and lemon(s). Add to juice.
3. Serve soon after making, or the tonic will go flat. Garnish with additional sliced fruit (like strawberry, kiwi, or mint) if you’d like.
Notes: This simple fruit punch takes no effort to make and if made with 100% juice, is quite healthy. For the “other” juice, use what ever you have or like – apple, mixed fruit, cranberry, grape etc.
Variations: Vary the types of juice and fruit as needed. You can also add a bit of hard alcohol if desired.
Substitutions: Tonic water/Sparkling mineral water, Ginger Ale, Sprite or other clear soda.
