Margarine

Warm water

Sugar

¾ - 1 c

Flour

120 g


Directions

1. In a large bowl, stir together the milk, margarine, warm water, sugar and yeast.  Let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes.

2. Mix in the salt and gradually stir in the flour until you have a soft dough.

3. Divide into 4 pieces and form into balls.  Place on a baking sheet 2-3 inches apart.  Cover with a clean cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Pre-heat oven to medium.

4. Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes until golden.  Cool slightly, then split horizontally for burgers.

 

Notes: These buns work perfectly for both Hamburgers* and any of the vegetarian burgers in the Vegetables section.
