Directions
In a jar, add all the ingredients and shake well. Mix the honey in slowly. Cover and shake well.
Notes: Use this dressing on any salad, to baste chicken, as a dip for French Fries or chicken wings, or as a coating for seasoned potatoes or baked fish while cooking. You may want to cut the recipe in half if you aren’t planning to use the dressing relatively soon. Because of the raw eggs, it shouldn’t be stored for more than a week.
Variations: If you like a creamier dressing, reduce the amount of vinegar and oil in the dressing, and add a small amount of thick sour cream or mayonnaise. Vary the ingredients according to taste and desired consistency. If you can find it, Dijon mustard is best.
Substitutions: Olive oil/Any other oil.
