- one root of horse-radish
- beef stock or bouillon
- wine vinegar
- sour cream or yoghurt
Clean and grate one root of horse-radish and scald with a littll boiling beef stock or bouillon (free from any fat or grease).
Add a little salt, enough wine vinegar to your taste and 3 tablespoonfull of sour cream or yoghurt.
Mix all together very well in a sauce dish and serve with all kinds of boiled or roasted meats.
