Directions
1. Chop green onions, grate ginger, chop peanuts.
2. Boil all ingredients together for three minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.
Notes: Especially good served on shredded cooked chicken, this sauce is also excellent on cooked noodles.
Substitutions: Sesame oil/Other fine oil. Fresh grated ginger/Dried ginger powder. Peanuts/ ½ c Crunchy peanut butter. Tahini/Sesame seeds (whole or ground). Sugar/Honey. Ground peppercorns/Hot pepper flakes.
