Directions
1. Put brewed coffee, whipped cream and a large bowl in the refrigerator to chill. For one and a half hours.
2. Once chilled, pour the coffee into the bowl and add in half the ice cream. Mix until the ice cream is partially melted.
3. Add the salt and the rum extract and mix well.
4. Fold in the rest of the ice cream and one cup of the whipped cream.
5. Serve in a cup with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of both nutmeg and cocoa on top.
