Directions
1. Mix spices in a small jar – shake well. Cover and store for later use.
Notes: This lovely seasoning mix is a great rub for beef, chicken, or pork. Just rub it in before cooking or grilling. This is also exceptionally great for Enchiladas*. Simply cook up the chicken or pork with the seasoning before adding it into the dish!
