Directions

1.  Scrub, trim and grate radishes. (Some radishes – like black or white radishes – may need to be peeled.)

2.  Place grated radishes in a bowl and drizzle with oil, vinegar. Dust with salt and pepper.

 

Notes: This salad, best served cold, should have a kick and makes a great side dish to accompany any meat dishes. It will keep several days in the refrigerator.
