Directions

1. Clean fruit (slice, core, pit etc. as needed)

2. Put all ingredients in a blender.

3. Blend on high speed until smooth.

 

Notes: Any fruit combination will work for this delicious beverage.  However, if using a citrus or sour fruit, you may need to add more honey or sugar to sweeten the drink. Flavored yogurt can also be used as a sweetener, or a ripe banana will have the same effect.  

 

Substitutions: Plain yogurt/Soy milk or orange juice.
