Directions
1. In a small sauce pan, melt butter over a low flame. Stir in seasoning salt, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Pre-heat oven to medium high.
3. Pour popcorn, pretzels, peanuts and puffed cereal into a large baking pan and mix it around.
4. Drizzle the butter mix over the snack mix and stir – try to coat it evenly.
5. Bake the snack mix 15 minutes, stirring twice.
6. Remove from oven and let it cool at least 15 minutes before serving, allowing it to get crisp. If you won’t eat it immediately, cool snack mix completely before storing it in an airtight container.
Variations: You can use any combination of your favorite snack ingredients. Try also using bagel chips, corn nuts or mixed nuts.
Substitutions: Seasoning salt/Combination of salt, garlic powder, onion powder and dry herbs.
