Directions

1. Sort rice and remove any small rocks. Set aside.

2. Finely chop the onion, green pepper, garlic and tomato. Set the onion aside separately.

3. In a frying pan, heat the oil over a medium flame.

4. Once hot, add the rice and sauté until it brown. Add the onion and sauté until it becomes clear. Add the remaining ingredients.

5. Cook over a low heat for about 30 minutes or until rice becomes tender. Stir frequently. Add a little water or chicken stock as needed if the rice becomes too dry.
