Directions
1. Wash the fruit thoroughly and drain.
2. Cut off the green tops of the strawberries and cut larger ones into pieces.
3. Remove the pits from the cherries.
4. Mix the fruit and berries together in a medium bowl.
5. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, honey and spices. Mix well to be sure honey is well blended.
6. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit and serve.
Variations: Any fruit or berry combination will work for this salad. Try peaches, apricots, nectarines or wild strawberries. An easy way to remove the skin of peaches, apricots and nectarines is to boil a little water ahead of time and place the fruit in the boiling water for a few seconds. Once removed, the skin should peel right off.
Substitutions: Nutmeg/Other spice you like.
