Directions
1. Clean and finely chop onion to equal ½ c.
2. In a saucepan, mix sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
3. Heat over a medium flame until the sugar dissolves.
4. Add onions and oil, and put in container.
5. If you have time, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes: This is a nice, thick sauce that gives a regular salad a nice kick.
Variations: Try adding sesame seeds to the dressing and shake well before using. If it is too sweet, reduce the sugar or add a little more vinegar until you get the desired taste.
Substitutions: Apple cider vinegar/Regular vinegar. Vegetable oil/Olive oil.
