Directions
1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, oil, ketchup, lemon juice, sweet relish, mustard powder, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until blended.
2. Clean and finely mince the onion, green olives, and hot pepper. Add to the wet mixture and blend well.
Notes: If you have time, chill for at 1 hour or more before serving. This dressing will keep in the fridge for a week.
Variations: For a simpler version: 1 c mayonnaise, 1 finely chopped hard-boiled egg*, 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley, ¼ c ketchup, and 1 Tbs minced onion. Mix well and chill.
Substitutions: Mustard powder/Mustard spread. Sweet relish/Finely chopped pickle.
