Cauliflower

Mayonnaise

120 ml

Directions

1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil over a medium flame.

2. While water heads, wash and trip cauliflower. Chop into large chunks.

3. Once the water has come to boil, add the cauliflower and boil until it is soft. Remove the cauliflower from the water and finely chop. Set aside.

4. Clean and finely mince the garlic.

5. In a medium sized bowl, blend the mayonnaise with garlic, salt and pepper. Add the chopped cauliflower and mix well. Taste and spice more, if desired.

 

Notes: Try also using vegeta, paprika and other spices. Serve cold and garnish with tomato slices.
