Directions
1. In a medium-sized pot, heat the oil over a medium flame for 1 minute.
2. Add a handful or two of popcorn, not too much. When the first kernel pops, place a lid on the pot.
3. Using potholders or a towel (carefully), shake the pot vigorously back-and-forth over the flame until all the popcorn has popped or the popping sound ceases.
4. Remove from the flame. Pour over some melted butter and sprinkle salt over the top. Stir well.
Notes: Make Popcorn and then season it with curry, cumin, garlic powder, seasoning salt, herbs, pepper, cayenne, parmesan cheese, or any other tasty spice. For a sweeter Popcorn, try it with sugar and cinnamon instead of salt. Enjoy!
