Directions
1. Blend ingredients well with a whisk or fork. Blend until smooth.
2. Drizzle over cooled cake or cookies.
Notes: Use Simple Sugar Glaze on cookies, fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, bars or baked apples.
Variations: Lemon Glaze: Omit vanilla and add 1-2 Tbs grated citrus zest. For other flavors, replace vanilla with other extract: maple, rum, lemon or cherry. You can also replace the vanilla with cognac or other flavorful liqueur. You can also add ground spices like cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice.
